Workout of The Day

Bring a Friend to the gym is this week! Let’s see some new faces and show them why our community is the best!

Tuesday we will only have a 9am class, lets get it packed and celebrate with a Hero WOD.

Saturday, we will be having a Macro Nutrition Seminar.  It is FREE to everyone and the general public.  Hope you can come so we can start reaching our goals faster.

 

Our new site is up but not completely done, Crush-fit.com will be our home site soon and crossfitnapavalley.com will be redirected there.  The page is still under construction and generic but we are working on it.  Hope you enjoy it.
