Workout of The Day – New Coach

Tomorrow we will have Amy teaching 5 and 6 am.  She will be our Friday morning coach. Please come in, introduce yourself and give her a Crush Fitness welcome.

Amy has been doing CF since 2009, she has competed at Regionals and has doing many figure competitions.  She also works for the Sacramento PD.
